All cats must have a current vaccination certificate (minimum F3) issued by a qualified veterinarian. All newly vaccinated cats must be carried out at least 14 days prior to boarding. Any cat that cannot meet this standard will not be accepted for boarding in order to protect our other boarders. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

All dogs must have a current vaccination certificate (minimum C5 or equivalent) to cover Canine (Kennel) Cough issued by a qualified veterinarian. All newly vaccinated dogs should be carried out at least 14 days prior to boarding. Check with your vet regarding the intra-nasal option for Canine (Kennel) Cough.

We provide a daily pick-up and delivery service (subject to availability). Rates are charged for either pick-up or delivery during our normal hours of operation as follows:

Zone price is for up to 2 pets. Additional pets will incur a $20/per pet charge.
We have a gourmet food range for dogs which consists of chicken necks, loaf, cooked chicken breasts, sardines and rice. The rate is $10.00 per dog per day in addition to the daily rate. Pigs Ear $2.50 (per treat). Dentastix $1.50 (per treat). Chicken Ice Block $2.00 (per treat) – only available from September to April.
Our cattery has a fully enclosed play area with interactive toys to entertain and challenge your cat. Play time also includes lots of cuddles for your cat. Our play time rate is $30 for 15 minutes.
Our kennel provides a fully enclosed exercise area where your dog will be able to run around, exercise and play one-on-one with a member of our staff. Exercise play time rate is $30 for 15 minutes. Water play time is $35 for 30 minutes – only available from September to April.
Our staff can email or text a photo or video of your pet’s stay with us.

Our experienced staff are specially trained to administer required medications to your pets. This will be charged at a daily rate of $10 per pet. If your pet requires medication to be administered outside of our normal hours of operation, this will be charged at a daily rate of $30.00 per pet (out of hours 6.30pm to 8.00am).
Any pet requiring an injection will be charged at a rate of $10 per injection (excluding diabetic).
Any pet who is high dependency or requires diabetic injections will be charged at an additional daily rate of $30 per pet.
This covers items destroyed or partially destroyed such as beds, doors and yards. This will be charged at $60. Further charges may apply pending the extent of the damage. Please see examples below:
An out of hours opening fee may be applicable if staff are required outside of our regular hours of operation. This will be charged at a rate of $60 for each hour or part thereof which is outside normal operation hours.
We love to celebrate your furry family members on their birthdays with treats, cuddles, and personalised birthday photos as we cherish the special moments together.
Online Payment can be made via PayPal and credit card. Payment on site can be made via cash or card (except American Express and Diners Club Card).
