You can drop off and pick up your pet anytime during our opening hours 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you wish to pick up or drop off your pet outside of normal hours you will be required to pay the “Out of hours check in/check out” fee of $60 per hour or part thereof.
We provide plenty of toys and bedding for your pet to enjoy. If you would like to make your pet feel more at home, you are welcome to bring extra bedding and toys at no extra charge.
When checking your pet in, you will need to bring a current vaccination certificate. All pets should be vaccinated a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.
We offer premium quality dry food (Purina Pro Plan). Individual dining options for wet food are available prior to check-in. Gourmet food options are available at an additional cost, this can include cooked chicken breast, chicken necks, loaf and sardines.

Yes. All pets will be rotated throughout the day in the exercise yards. Extra one-on-one exercise/play are available at an additional cost.
Yes. We have experienced staff trained in properly administering a range of medications to cats and dogs.
Hunter Pet Motel prides itself on highly trained staff and having a vet nurse on the team. We can take care high dependency pets (eg. elderly, diabetic, post surgery for rehab, anxious pets etc) Please give us a call to discuss your pets needs.
