Q: How do I book my pet’s accommodation?

A: Bookings can be made by phone or by completing an Online Booking Request and paying a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Please see our Contact Us page for details. 
Q: When can I drop off/pick up my cat or dog?

A: Cats and dogs can be checked in during our business hours. If you wish to drop off your cat or dog outside of normal hours, you may be subject to an After Hours Opening Fee of $25.00. 
Q: Can I bring my pet’s favourite toys and bedding?

A: We provide plenty of bedding and toys. However, to make your cat or dog feel more at home, you are welcome to bring additional bedding and toys at NO extra charge. 
Q: What do I need to bring for my cat or dog?

A: When checking in your cat or dog, you will need to bring a current vaccination certificate. All pets should be vaccinated a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.
Q: What meal options are available for my cat or dog?

A: We offer premium quality dry food (Purina Pro Plan, Hill’s Science Diet, Supercoat). Individual dining options for wet food are available prior to check-in.
Q: Can I bring my pet’s own food?

A: Yes. No additional charges will apply. Please clearly label all food.
Q: Does my dog get regular exercise?

A: Yes. However, this will depend on the weather and peak periods. Extra one-on-one exercise is available at an additional cost.
Q: Are you able to administer medication to my pet?

A: Yes. We have experienced staff who can administer any medication to your pets.
Q: Are you able to assist my pet with special needs?

A: Check with our capable staff prior to booking.
